Financial condition since registration	OffChain Luxembourg has less than one year since it has been registered. It's capital resources are donations (4200€), membership fees (2000€), income from educational activities (1000€). These have been disbursed in paying an intern (5600€) and software licenses and registrations (600€). The rest is in reserves (1000€). Medium term, the main source of income will be donations linked to the community project and the OCLT offer. The funds received will serve to hire professional teams in order to implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and prepare a larger donation campaign that will allow the development of the platform that we think is needed to support the project.
